Click "File" and then "open tune" and click on the TSP tune file. 2. A prompt will appear to the effect of "this tune is partially locked". Click OK. 3. The tune should then load to the software. (If you're saying this is what you're doing and it isn't loading to the software, contact TSP and/or KTuner) 4. At this point you can make some adjustments like adding BBG or Advanced VSA. 5. Upload the tune to the KTuner device. 6. Plug the KTuner into your OBD-II and flash the tune.
