Unread Watched Threads email link shows All Watched Threads instead of just Unread ones

In the email titled "Unread Watched Threads", the link at the bottom is for "All Watched Threads" (https://www.civicx.com/watched/threads/all). Can it be changed to "Unread Watched Threads" (https://www.civicx.com/watched/threads) which is the purpose of the email?
