So I've finally hit 60k miles and more and more my car feels off and off. Shifting into reverse takes like 3 seconds and an audible click. Car seems really jerking and awful vibration in pedals and felt through steering wheel as well.
Checked
Exhaust leaks
Motor mounts
Transmission
Aligned and proper balance
All good. If anyone has had or has similar problems and knows I'd be grateful.

What do you mean you checked the transmission?

I'm leaning towards something being wrong with your transmission. Just because you changed the fluid doesn't mean it's bulletproof.

pretty much kept up with maintenance. I can do pretty much anything with vehicles but cvt transmission are a little foreign to me. Any suggestions on how to more precisely inspect it and make sure it isn't in a downward pace?

I'm curious as to how you checked the motor and transmission mounts. Around 50k is when I usually start seeing the rubber break down in my vehicles. It becomes less insulating. It may not look broken, but it definitely starts to sag, which changes the geometry of the driveline engagement.

I don't know if this applies to the GenX Civics yet as I'm only at 37k. Will see soon enough!

Do you feel these vibrations when not moving, or only when going? Do they disappear when you put the car in Neutral?

Check the motor mounts and suspension as well. If it's not there it's probably the trans and I'm leaning toward trans anyway.
