Understandably most of you are in the USA so this might not apply (unless you've swapped an import).

I'm going to be moving from the UK to mainland Europe in a couple of months and I'd love to take the civic with me. As you'd expect, driving a RHD car in a LHD country won't be ideal. Has anybody had any experience of having the dash/steering wheel/pedals etc swapped?

Surely it's worth paying for a swap, if possible, over the depreciation of a similarly priced vehicle?

Cheers.

Driving a RHD car in a LHD country is not bad at all, I have owned several cars from Japan and drove them here in Canada no issues.

Just leave it as is. It would cost a lot to do the conversion, likely not worth the swap. It is hard enough to find used OEM CTR parts as it is. Just a FYI you wouldn't need to swap pedals.
