I ordered two sets of taillights for my friend & I's cars.
After a few days I realized I had ordered the wrong ones (I wanted blinking/flashing ones, not the regular bright bulbs) , I reached out to them and they had let me know that they already shipped and could not return them.
After a few days, I notice the USPS Tracking has not been updated so I reach out to TYPERLEDS.com
They notify me the package went missing almost immediately after sending that email and that they were going to include the ones I wanted (flashing brake lights) free of additional charge for the wait / inconvenience.
I received them a few days ago and installed them on both cars right away.
I am extremely satisfied with the quality, the customer service, and how they handled the situation.
Will definitely purchase from @TypeRLEDs again and again in the future.
