Turbo stutter under heavy throttle?

I am experiencing the same thing after the short block replacement. I can feel it WOT de-tuned very slight but i feel it a lot tuned. but it took three days after the tune we re installed to show its face. (Ktuner - TSP stage 1- no mods)

Limp mode means that something is throwing a code. Get into limp mode and see what modules are shutting down and why. I'd use a scan tool that can look over the whole can-bus.
