Hello I was wondering if anyone is or has used a turbo blanket on their new civic. Is it worth it? Does it really help cool under the hood temps enough and keep the turbo warm enough to spool sooner?
Thanks!

Getting the cat out of the engine bay is really the best way. That, and using heat barrier coatings like Jet Hot and Swaintech on exhaust pipes. Heat reduction from one of those covers will not do all that much on its own.

Yes turbo blankets work and are proven to work. Spools turbo quicker, accelerates car faster. Doubt it? Look up PTP's independent research.
