Just want to know what tunes are you using for the 1.5t cvt and what adjustments you've made to tour tunes.

ı tried nearly all the basetunes and all the quick adjustmens except disable dampening but i have very few options because my ecu has initial support also ı have a strange boost problem. İ cant hit max boost before 5500 rpm and boost is not stable.

CVT 21 psi stage 2 base tune on my 2018 Touring sedan with no other tweaks.
Very dramatic power increase, quite happy with it as it is.

Those are all safe. The one you don't want to touch is disabling boost ramp.

And clearly NEVER brake launch your car.

I also find if you go too aggressive with early spool and part throttle turbo responsiveness, the car will feel amazing off the line but will fizzle out a bit on the top end.

Best thing to do is just experiment til you find the combo that works best for YOU.

I just want sportier driving around town and better throttle responce from stop. I've read alot on this forum before buying the ktuner 1.2 and im glad i did ,now in just trying to find the right adjustments that fit me and the car without doing any damage to the cvt or the 1.5t.

Here's one of the setups I liked when I was on the Starter tunes. Map 1 is super aggressive. Map 2 is somewhat aggressive and Map 3 is the everyday commuter type tune. I had early spool enabled.

If KTuner offers OTF support for your ECU:

With cruise control off....

Hold cancel for 2-3 seconds.
Use the cc (+, -) buttons to switch maps.

What will happen is the tach needle will go to 1000, 2000 and 3000 rpm and represents Maps 1, 2, 3.

Holding cancel again for 2-3 seconds choses a map. If you did it right the tach rpms will revert back to showing engine speed.

If your ECU doesn't have OTF map switching support, you just will have the first map (listed as Tune 1 in the software).
