I do both. My Trip A is reset everytime I fill the tank, and I run it down to a gallon or two left in the tank every week. Per the math on my receipt above my mpg was 44.29 despite the 43.5 the car showed.

I look forward to to fall when I turn off the A/C. I was seeing 47 mpg averages last year and I feel like I have learned how to get even better fuel economy as time passes.

Out of curiosity, do we know how much is left in the tank when the fuel light comes on? I usually fill up when the info screen says <30 miles of range left, but I never get close to filling 12 gallons from the pump before it automatically stops.

I have a strong suspicion it reports a warning with 2 gallons left, then shows remaining for a single gallon. Honda says the tank is 12.4 gallons, and I have usually seen my fill ups between 10.8-11.7. my problem is I am a busy husband and father of 3. My responsible adult driving totals 475 miles Mon-Fri. This week I had extra driving due to running errands, before and after work. I like using the same gas station every time. Yay OCD

And don't forget to point out that since you're in Jersey, you can't be sure that the guys pumping the gas are filling the tank up completely every time :D.

Actually I kinda can. I use the same Costco everytime. They have long hoses. I pull up with the low fuel light on, tell them "fill it 93, don't top it off", and when the pump stops automatically that is it. I figure it is as consistent as a fill up routine can be. Hell I even use the same lane closest to the fuel tanks so it is one of the same two fuelpumps everytime. OCD FTW

Most vehicles usually have 2 gallons in reserve when the gas light comes on. I know for a fact, that's what the CivicX has though. I have to do math when calculating Ethanol mixtures and the Low Fuel light = 18% fuel level. After 7 months of using E40, I've gotten damn good at knowing what percentage my gas tank is when looking at the fuel gauge. I mean, I can even go "It's at 32%" and be right LOL.

As to OP's original question; I was on the TSP Stage 1 Tune for about 4,000 miles with zero issues. I then upgraded to TSP Stage 2 on E40 blend and am currently at 23,000 miles. The car was only un-tuned for the first 1,000 miles of it's life and it has ZERO issues. Even on Stage 2, I'm still getting 30mpg in Map 3.

I'd say realistically maybe 235/240? TSP claims 237 whp and 281tq with just the tune.
But isn't 237 whp using the stock intake? since you have the PRL cobra wouldn't it add an extra 10-15 whp?

Those 10-15 whp claims are best case gains on a specific car, dyno, and setup. Once you start mixing and matching mods it would be foolish to think the gains simply stack up like in a video game.

I am sure it adds something, could be more or less than the 10-15 but the only surefire way to know is baseline, and subsequent dyno runs in similar conditions.

Back when I was single I put my WRX on the same dyno 6 times through about 4 years. It is good to know for sure but kind of an expensive method to pursue. Another alternative is drag strip and track testing with proper certified metrics.

At this point, i lack the time and cannot justify the expense. I datalog and make pulls then compare them. If the RPM rises faster after a mod, and the AFR and other values are still in a safe range... That is good enough for me. Plus my car is nearly and practically stock plus a OTS map.

Map 3 with Sport Mode on (mainly driving local streets)= 24-26mpg

Map 3 with Sport Mode off (local streets) = 28-30mpg

Map 3 + Sport = gas guzzler, so like the poster above me I only turn it on when I want to drive really fast. I don’t think the clutch has slipped yet but I’m definitely conscious of it when driving aggressively.
In my hatch 1.5 T mt I haven't sport button, just ECO button, is the same as pressing SPORT?

I have been running it a few months, maybe 3k miles or so. No issues at all. MPGs come down a bit when using Maps 2 and 3, other than that all is well. TSP has done a lot of testing on this tune on their cars so it is safe and you can go back to stock anytime
I'm running ktuner since last years and added tsp stage 1 one ( running always on map 3 ) since april ... The tsp is more a fine tunning. With the tsp stage 1 map 3, I think the stock mount is not good for the power so I bought the 27won RMM and the intake. I'm always doing my oil change at 30-40% life since I'm tuned and I have no issue with my si 2017 . I did 40k not tunned and 35k kilo. When I changed to 27won intake , I saw my spark plug need to be changed and they missfire ( maybe because of to much air with 27won and tuned ) so changing those tomorow.

Well the best mods I did was tsp and 27won rear motor mount. The 27won intake its great to and drop ur temp by like 10 degree. ( Comming with a good sound ) but prl stage one intake its great buy to.

The Misfire was most likely from the new intake, your ECU should adjust to it, but continue to monitor...

I just reflashed that is why my knock was at .52 ... I'm always stabble at 0.49... I'm running rich on idle ( stfb1 -15 to -20 )... so I will change those plugs to see if they with make a better fire on idle. Maybe the are tired. When I'm pulling my stfbt1 its normal hitting 0

It's probably the intake and not the plugs. Is this a street or race? One way to find out what is causing the issue is put the stock intake back on and see if knock goes back to 0.49 and if the rich idle condition goes away. If you are not throwing any codes you should be fine
