I’m pretty sure the USB port is messed up. How does one go about replacing it? Do we take it to the dealer? It worked for a while. Had the car for about 8 months now. We purchased it from CarMax.

So does nothing register when you connect the cable to your phone? I'd first contact carmax and let them know they sold you a car with a defective USB port. They might be able to rectify the situation. If not, then i'd go to the Honda dealership. But I would first try to get it potentially covered my carmax since they did not disclose the fact they were selling you a car with a defective USB port.

Did you make sure they didn't get turned off some how? I've had to go back in before and turn them back on in the menu for no apparent reason.

My 2019 SI requires a USB 3.0 cable. Turns out everything I had except the one that came with my Switch Pro Controller was 2.0.
