Tri-State Area Dealership for CPO

I'm looking for a CPO car. I went to a local dealership in the NJ/NYC area and both cars I saw were problematic. Both had brake issues so I question whether they were actually looked at.

Does anyone have any experiences buying a CPO from a dealership in the area? Looking for trustworthy dealerships I can go to.

I've dealt with both Yonkers Honda and Honda of New Rochelle. The NR guys were a little bit better to deal with, Yonkers feels like they want to rush you out. NR does higher volume, I think Yonkers is trying to reach that level so they push you harder. Both are highly rated, albeit never dealt with anything used from either.

If you are willing to drive, Car Finder Fred in Hillsborough NJ is awesome. No dealer fees, no crap. He gets cars at auction, got a good deal on my FK7 hatchback. My family has done business there for a while. SO much better than a large dealership.
