Trailer Hitch Option for Sport / Touring?

Hey guys. I am wanting to buy a Sur Ron electric dirt bike and wondering if there is any way to carry it around in my Civic Sport Touring. Are there any options for installing a hitch since we have center mounted exhaust?

Had to cut the exhaust tip off for mine, there aren't any mass produced options that have clearance for a center exit.
