TPMS on Honda Civic Hatchback

So I am trying to import my Civic hatchback sports touring 2017. It has NO TPMS, is this something that needs to be activated or installed. Where can I get it done?

Civics don't have regular TMPS sensors, they use so called "indirect tire pressure monitoring for the deflation warning system"
there is no direct monitoring of tire pressure but instead the wheel rotation speed is monitored.
You don't need to buy TPMS sensors.

Thats what I read. It was confirmed by Honda Canada and Honda America.. it really doesnt have it. Im looking how to get it fixed so I can import it here in the US.

My guess would be usdm ecu/pcm programming and possibly a new cluster, if yours doesn't have the light. If it's even possible anyway.
