If they are like my local dealer, they will ask Honda for a solution which might be something like stuffing more foam in the trunk roof. It will not work. Honda is blaming this one user error of having the volume too high (how is even 15/40 too high? Even though I should be able to use at 25-35/40 if I want). Please check out the videos in my signature, call Honda at that number I listed, and also file a complaint with the BBBI have the rattle also. I am headed to the dealer next week so they can take a look. I actually left the audio setting to what the delivery tech set them to when he was showing me the car. Volume around 10 I hear the rattle. It is especially bad if the seats are down. I downloaded an audio test tone generator app on android that allows me to play a tone at any frequency.
I plan on going in....asking the tech to turn the volume he would when listening to a good tune. Then I will switch to bluetooth source and output a 50hz tone and watch his face.
