Top end engine noise

Engine noise coming from around the valve cover area any ideas ? I’ve took it to Honda and their nearest dealership is about 45 mins away from me by the time I get there it will no longer make the noise (most audible at 1500rpm)

Send the file to your dealer and let their tech(s) listen to it. I'm thinking valve cover, but I'm pretty green on such things.

So I just used the scan tool at my old work and there was no engine over speed codes or any permanent dtc’s
