Hi there. I am very new to the wheel game and am looking to replace the stock wheels once I get my CBP Type R in about a month. Does anyone have experience with the Titan7 T-D6 wheels? I am planning to keep the suspension stock and wanted to know if there are any issues such as rubbing.

Thanks!

With the offset that the T-D6 is offered in, you will be fine at stock height. Most people go with 265/35-18 tires, some if lowered have to go with a 255 width tire, and others like myself go with a 275/35-18. I just mounted the 275 tire on the Titan 7 T-R10 in 18x9.5 +45 offset at stock ride height. I have only driven about 150 miles so far, but the other day right after mounting them drove around with 4 adults and no issues with rubbing, even driving over train tracks that were quite bumpy.

Check out the Titan 7 thread for people’s experiences with the wheels and different sized tires.

Hey,

Yes you'll be fine with those wheels. Great wheel indeed!

We helped them with the media for that wheel on the CTR application. It looks so good in person.

Let us know if you'd like pricing!

Just got these in. Can't wait to put them on. Saw a lot of pictures of the Bronze but not the Black.

Looks good man! I'm leaning more towards the bronze. What size tire are you going with and are you at stock suspension height?

Going to keep stock height . I live in New Orleans . We have horrible streets, raised drive ways and flooding when it rains.

265/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sports all season4 Titan7 Tr-10 just mounted stock height. Perfect size with the option to lower if decided later. Rays lug nuts.

Not sure if you’ve compared those tires to summers (or driven summer tires recently), but @dwag0588 was curious about that.

Can you run 18x9.5 +45, 255/40 on swift springs? With no rubbing issues ?
