I had these wheels/tires on a 2020 Honda Civic Type-R which I sold. I also have wheel spacer/adapters that go from a bolt pattern of 5x114.3 to 5x120, if you could use them (potentially allowing fitment on a non-Type-R Civic).
Titan 7 T-S5 Wheels:
