Tires for 18x9.5 45 wheels

I am looking for recomendation on tires I have a set coming 18x9.5+45 I am not lowered but open to drop it. Which tire do you recomend? I never track the car just a couple pulls every day Lol. 265-35-18 or 255-35-18? I am planing to get maybe eibach sportline I don't want to much rub. any suggestion?

+38 you can get away with 265 with certain tires that run narrow, but most will rub very slightly with huge dips.

+45 you can run 265 without any issues at all.

I would recommend 255/40/18s. It’s a nice balance between comfort/sport if you’re not going to track it and will be daily driving it. Also, it’s closer to the factory wheel/tire dimensions so you’re Speedo will be accurate.

sticking to the above you can lower the car and be fine
His car says SI under his avatar, not sure if that setup will rub or not for him.
