Have a '19 CTR coming Tuesday. Ordered a set Titan 7 T-S5 with 45 offset based on feedback from this forum and personal preference (thanks!).
Next question is what tires size can I run with no fitment problems.
Don't plan to lower the car and would prefer not to need spacers.
Just want to make sure that I have clearance for brakes, fenders, etc. with no rubbing.
I created the chart below comparing combinations on tiresize.com. Thought I would include it in case it might help save other people time.
If anyone would confirm which (or all) of the 4 options below would work well with my Titan 7s without additional modifications I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!
Eric

Most people go with 265/35/18. You can also go with 255/40/18 if you want more side wall and less speedo discrepancy. I personally have 265/35/18 on 18x9.5 + 40 offset on stock suspension and 0 rubbing.

Here is my setup with the Titan 7 T-S5 18x9.5 45 offset. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 265/35. Rays lug nuts. Stock suspension. Brake clearance is ok. No spacers. I’ve had this setup almost 2 years. As far as I can tell, there are no fitment/rubbing issues. 265/35 was actually recommended by a few motorsport shops. Not sure if 275/35 will cause rubbing/clearance issues.

Thanks for the feedback and pics. I am between your setup and the 255/40.

I ran 255s RE71R (Eibach Meet Pic) and then changed to Azenis 265.

This car runs 18x9.5 +35 with the 265 so the rear arches are cut and rolled.

Anyone running 275/35/18 on titan 9.5 inch wide rims with +45 offset on stock suspension?
If so, what tire are you using and are there any rubbing or other issues?
Thanks.

Theres a local guy in my area with an R on stock suspension running 285s on his Titans without problems. With a stock suspension you can easily clear 265s, but I cant personally confirm 275+.

I'm a big fan of the way the Michelin PS4S in 265/35/18 look on the Titan-7s. They have puffy sidewalls that makes the tire look more beefy/substantial. For this reason I prefer it over 255/40.

I’m really surprised these are 265/35s on a stock suspension.
I have the exact same specs here but with new Advan Apex tires which makes the wheel gap a lot bigger than yours.
Luckily discount tire is willing exchange them & get me into 255/40s to solve the gap issue.
Just goes to show you that not all tires look the same in identical sizes.... buyer beware.....
