Tick noise from rear brakes when engine going to start

When I'm going to start the engine I hear a noise from rear wheels.. Tick tick I don't know if comes from brakes.... One week ago I had Christmas tree on my dashboard and parking brake block me to start. I change battery and after 3 days lights from dashboard disappear. Now when Im going to start the engine I hear tick tick from back side... Anyone had this issue? Sorry for my English thanks a lot.

I don't hear never before... But I don't have full of fuel. Now I have full.. So thanks a lot!!!!!
