Your detailed explanation helped a lot, thank you!

I do have a hatch and already have an Si bar. Which is still a little tame so was thinking gonna get the Type R.

I was also wanting to know, since you have first hand experience with the Type R, and Whiteline. How it would compare, between the Type R and Whiteline's soft and firmer setting.

Thanks again for your insight!

Between 20 and 22 it won't be too much of a significant difference but it is there

I feel 22 may be too much for some. I never had it on the soft setting I just went full firm. It works well with what I have going with my suspension setup and will be making some minor tweaks.

For track use im sure the 22mm will play a significant roll in cornering compared to the type R bar. Since you already have the Si bar you can to with either the R or Whiteline.

R would be significantly cheaper but you don't get the adjustability of the whiteline.

The Type R sway bar is not as cheap as it used to be, unless you get a used one. You also need new brackets for the larger bushings.

If you're in the market for a Type R RSB, then I'd throw the 20.6mm Progress RSB into the mix too. It's not adjustable, but it is rated at 550 lbs/in. Moderate increase over the ~450lbs/in that the Si RSB is rated for.

You are correct in that the Type R one might be too extreme for some at ~720 lbs/in.

New fogs

New fog light from @skleds on ig which will be sold by: www.unity-performance.com. These fog lights look beautiful and if you have the LED headlights then these fogs flow very nice with the design.

aka @CanadiaegeanBlue (Humza)

Humza has the white led on his Si and I have the Yellow (with film) on mine.

I previously had the Morimotto XB Led fogs and they did great! Definitely an amazing upgrade over stock.

Here are some pictures!
