Thumping noise.. Normal?

Noticed that my 2019 Civic makes a thumping/rattling noise at idle. Is this normal? Is it just engine noise?

is it me or does yours sound healthier than mine? I am going to get it checked tomorrow to make sure everythings good.

I'll try and put premium gas in it instead of regular and see if it does anything.
