Thump-tapping noise driver side

Hi I have a 2019 civic coupe that recently is making a noise kinda of like a thumping noise going 80 plus on the highway. I believe it’s coming from the left rear if not drivers side. Any ideas on what this could possibly be and look out for? I’ll try to get a video up for reference.

Did you check if there is a rock stuck in the tires or a tree branch stuck under the car?

If not that...

Is it a rhythmic thumping?
It stops as soon as you slow down?
Any mods?
How many miles on the car?
How many miles on the tires?

No mods, 32,000 miles on it
It does sound rhythmic and it also slowly stops when slowing down but only kicks in when going 70+ Mph

May have lost a wheel weight and your wheel is off balance.

Something flapping under car.

I agree with the previous 2 posts. Something stuck under the car, a rock stuck in the tire, or missing wheel weight.
