I'm thinking of picking one of these up. Does anyone know if $100 is a good price? I've seen some for around $60, but they're all out of stock.

I'm also worried that it won't come with the emblem backing and that the fitment might be off since the listing only specifies that it's for a sedan? Or do all of them fit the same?

I'd appreciate any thoughts!

I have one like that with the hole for the logo, my previous parts wouldn't swap over, so I had to buy a new logo base and logo, trim it with a dremel and flatten the cut with a belt sander, and then use 3M body tape to fasten it. I'd suggest finding one with the base already attached, then you'd only need to tranfer the logo. (or a solid mesh grill without the logo)

Got a type r style front grill from Ikon motorsports for $70. Free shipping.

The only issue is there’s a bar that shows through the grill (3rd photo circled is the bar, 4th photo shows the bar through the grill) it holds the outside temperature sensor. I painted it black so it couldn’t be seen

Nope, I bought it off of ebay as an unsigned account, didn't know I'd lose the ability to post a review afterwards. They were a fly-by-night outfit that dodged every question I asked of them upon product delivery. Fortunately, a great local bodyshop helped me source the pats I needed, along with a couple members on this forum providing part numbers for us.,

We got the grill and eyebrows to fit well enough, and since my car is black, the "grill gap" that everyone has isn't as noticeable.

I think the ones from ProCivic are good.

@jayy_swish Awesome pics, car looks great. How was fitment and quality on the Ikon Type R grille? I'm looking for affordable options to swap out the OEM chrome grille on my 2017 EX-T.

I've heard many different opinions on both the Ikon and ProCivic in terms of quality and fitment. Yours seems to look and fit perfect though...

Appreciate it! There’s a slight gap near the inner corners of the headlights, but not drastic so it’s liveable and not bothersome. I first received one with a large scratch on the front gloss part but I hit ikon up about the scratch and they sent me a replacement without hesitation. The second one was perfect. Overall fitment I say is 8.5/10

Where'd you find the base/emblem?

You need to use the one from the 9th gen Civic.
The base? The base on the 9th gen is part of the grill, isn't it?
