Did you use the original factory housing cap or did you get a new rubber cap... what size/type do you suggest?

No idea what you’re talking about. The low beam bulbs on these cars do not have a cap/cover. They just twist lock in.

If you're referring to the rubber seal from the factory lights, I removed it and swapped it onto the Morimoto bulbs. Helped them fit better in my opinion.

I believe he is talking about the circle rubber grommet that normally comes preinstalled on hid bulbs. As Bri has stated above, our vehicle does not have a dust cap or cover that covers the bulb opening. The bulb itself has an o ring to protect from water and dust when you twist the bulb on. I normally just cut and remove the rubber grommet on the hid bulb

Oh... just took a better look and you are right. I thought since they were projectors, like my other honda, There would be cover sealing the bulb to the headlamp. My mistake.. sorry...
