Thinking of trading in my 14 LX

I’m looking to possibly trade mine in. I have 2014 lx sedan manual. I still owe $11 on mine. One the dealerships has used 2017 EX-T with MT6 for $18.6. I know probably shouldn’t do it since I will be upside down.
Should I wait till I get the loan paid down more, to where I wouldn’t be upside down to trade?

Yes. Pay down what you have to get above water, then decide if another depreciating asset is a better choice to keep placing your money.

It never hurts to have your vehicle appraised (CarMax, Enterprise, etc) just to get an idea of what it's worth, but yes I agree with racer, pay down until you're above water.
