Total tuned time: 24 months (Since October 2017)

Total tuned mileage: 27,000+ miles

Tuning device(s) used: Hondata RACE, currently using KTuner V1

Tunes used: Hondata +9, early M.A.P. map, KTuner 21, current tune TSP Stage 1

Additional engine mods: PRL silicone hose/aFe Pro Dry S filter combo

Problems/issues: once encountered boost out of range or something while early testing the M.A.P. map, I pulled over and immediately flashed back to my normal map. That was April 12th, I posted about it.

Driving style: Mostly responsible commuter, usually shift at 2k rpms and decel in gear with brakes lightly applied as courtesy to other drivers. Every morning is spent driving very easy, as I have two young daughters (1 and 2 years old) to bring to daycare. Motor spends most of it's time between 1-2k rpm, but one or two WOT runs from 3-4k up to near redline a few times 3-5 days per week(typically on the way home). On local roads I rarely exceed the speed limit, but I sometimes approach it quicker than needed. On the highway, I stay with traffic which in NJ on the parkway is usually 5-20 mph over. IMHO an engine is most efficient when barely touching the throttle or when standing on it, boost should be used only when needed but very generously. I mostly stay on map 3, to have the option for 25/26psi. But if I know I'm going to be repeatedly going WOT I sometimes change to map 2. Hondahack used to install TunerviewLite, and I also keep a spare phone (LG G4) for full Tunerview when the screen is being used for AA or other purposes. I routinely get 400-500+ miles per tank of fuel, depending on how much time I spend on the highway, and right foot control.

add the STFT values and the number of ECUs, and if you have received letters, it is very important to make statistics, breakages are not due to tune but to other events, I can bet

STFT is something that is dynamic, so quoting a number without the big picture is useless. :)

Total tuned time: .4 years

Total tuned mileage: 7000+ miles

Tuning device(s) used: Ktuner

Tunes used: TSP Stage 1

Additional engine mods: 27Won CAI

Fuel: 93

Problems/issues:
None

Driving style: Slow for the most minus some spirited driving or higher RPM WOT pulls here and there on the highway for logging. No need to go fast when not on a track. I will note if it matters that my car regularly hits 26PSI when WOT... Nothing has exploded yet and the tune makes the SI really wake up.

Map 3 only, no clutch slip yet

Total tuned time: about 21 months? All but a couple months of the cars total life.

Total tuned mileage: About 17,000 or so.

Tuning device(s) used: KTuner V2.

Tunes used: Ktuner 21 (about a month) Ktuner 23# (a couple months, basemap modified to only reach 21# until 4000 RPM), Ktuner 23# basemap (this time with additional timing added after 4000 RPM), TSP Stage 1 since 7/31/18 (24.5# map in map 1 position so it is the only map I run) for around 10,000 miles.

Additional engine mods:
PRL silicone hose/Green Filter (The “PRL Stage 1”)

Fuel used: 93 octane, not brand specific.

Problems/issues: None (powertrain). I did bring in the car and have the A/C looked at and they ended up pulling and replacing the Freon as there was some cabin noise back in April ‘19.

Driving style: Generally low speed city to <55 MPH highway driving. Lots of WOT acceleration though. An occasional NLS. No use of antilag/launch control. I will however do a mild street launch now and then. No high speed runs... car has never seen triple digit speeds. Occasionally some interstate driving. Hardest it’s probably been pushed was on the Dragon for the ‘18 meet by me... and that will probably have to sitting out the moderate group and going with the relaxed group next year. ;)

I normally use Tune1

Additional engine mods: none

Problems/issues: stuttering in second gear between 1000 and 1500 rpm.

Driving style: normaly brilliant, but aggressive against Hybrid Car drivers;)

Tuning experience notes: before ktuner, my Civic was a brilliant hatchback. But, after ktuner, my Civic became an angry sport hatchback!!! I love it!
Thanks ktuner!

STFT is something that is dynamic, so quoting a number without the big picture is useless. :)

sorry LTFT, maybe it's the same for you, but that's why I ask for as much data as possible, I'm analyzing different ecu, for example the ecu International work much richer than the US, at least the ones I've seen, but in Europe I'm struggling to let me get the logs

I had a blinking CEL light without finding errors in memory, and it happened in the same conditions in which the boys broke a rod, slightly accelerating after a highway trip done at grandfather speed, I made shit in my underwear, I want to understand why, only by having as much data as possible can I think about it.

now they are stocks and I see peaks of ltft at -10, others at -4

but from many posts, from many registers, the explanation of 27WON on the LTFT and STFT seem to me excessive my fuel trims and many cars in Italy

sorry if I'm getting the discussion dirty
