Thanks for clearing this up for me, as I was reading conflicting information from various threads. I plan on running flex fuel and pumping straight E85. I understand that there will be no gains above the E25 or E30 tune, but I would prefer to not have to pump multiple times, mix, etc.

I think about like pumping 93 on my 91 tune. I will only get the gains up to 91 octane. Such as e30 tune with e85, I will only see gains up to the e30 mark.

Is that right, or am I missing something?
I can't speak for the type R, but for the 1.5T engines in the Si's and EX's, it is dangerous for your engine to run full e85. The fuel system isn't able to pump e85 into the cylinder fast enough to keep the correct air/fuel ratio. Especially at the top end, the engine will struggle to deliver the amount of fuel that the ECU is requesting. That's my understanding, but others may be able to contribute additional info

2,000K ~miles.
05/01/2020
1,500K ~miles.
04/01/2020
400K ~miles.

*Was at 400 miles when I first posted the miles tuned. *

Tuning Device Used:
K-Tuner V2.

*Driving style* I make at least 2-5 WOT each time in the car. On Fridays/Saturdays, I do 10+pulls depending if I am cruising with everyone.

*Experience gained*
*09/27/2020* I've been more careful when WOT to avoid redlining the car in every gear and my knock control going out of whack is nearly non-existent now.

Tunes & Settings Used:
*Update 08/15/2020* [PRIMARY & Current TSP Stage 1 street][Disabled rev-hang][Added settings; ADVANCED VSA CHECKED-ADVANCED VSA SET TO; AGGRESSIVE IGNITION PULLBACK/LIGHT FUEL PULLBACK]

*Update* 07/17/2020 (Tried Phearable stage 1 out again and same results with the 27Won CAI)

*Update* 06/22/2020 ("For 10-20 MILES" I tried Phearable stage 1 out, and had lots of issues. I have determined that the TYPHOON K&N SHORT RAM is the issue, its constantly causing K.control issues due to heat.

*Update 05/14/2020* [PRIMARY & Current TSP Stage 1 street]
[Previous Tune Starter ~ Base/23.5] (Throttle Response 1. 2-STEP SETUP @ 3950k-4000k-No Rev hang)

Fuel Used:
EXXON-93/SHELL-93 ONLY
I will be experimenting with VELARO Soon.

Additional Engine Mods:
*MODIFIED* 09/27/2020*UNPLUGGED the artificial engine noise module
*ADDED* 07/17/2020 {27WON COLD AIR INTAKE} *INSTALL DATE - 07/17/2020 (Would buy again, 10/10 on performance, noise, temps, everything! The fact that in the winter, I can remove the plexi shield to add more turbo noise is sweet!
*ADDED* 07/17/2020 *Perrin Rear mount inserts* *Removed* 08/10/2020
*MODIFIED* 06/26/2020 {Modified the Invidia Gemini Cat Back exhaust} Gutted the Resonator/removed baffle & Fiberglass insulator.... they left the insulation wrapped in a plastic bag ... which is why it sounded muffle, and smelt like a hot glue lol...

*ADDED* 06/22/2020 Invidia Gemini Cat Back - Ti Burnt Tips(zero miles driven with the exhaust. That will change tonight lol.)
*ADDED*06/01/2020 K&N Typhoon short ram heat shielded(Hot air intake??)(awesome for noise though!)*Removed* 07/17/2020
Problems/Issues:

*Update* 08/10/2020 Removed the Perrin rear mount inserts due to excessive vibration, and metal knocking noises(I think it was my 3 inch exhaust hitting the body of the car... I DO NOT recommend this mount insert in the summer time where you need your ac running. If you don't care about sounding like your car is about to fall apart, have at it. Not for me!

*Update* 07/17/2020 Phearable stage 1 street still acts up with the 27Won intake....
*Update* 06/22/2020 Phearable Stage 1 street - Issues are due to my (K&N TYPHOON SHORT RAM)
Insane K.CONTROL. I have the 27WON cold air coming in July, this should resolve this issue.
*OLD ISSUES:*
*Update* 05/28/2020 (Same rare issue)Jerky throttle is more related to a limp throttle. Associated with large some knock counts maybe misfire?
*Update 05/14/2020* TSP stage 1 - Rare issue, but it seems to give me some jerky throttle response every so often. Also, i'm running super rich. After 2-3 70mph pulls, my exhaust smells like fireworks. Elevation is at 544. I've noticed that I get a lot more knock counts(like some times in 10 minutes 30+),and an occasional rise in knock control. Usually to 0.52-0.54.
I will start looking for better fuel in town.
I just a Perrin insert today. Hoping mine goes ok. I saw yours make a decent amount of racket and you pulled them off.

Total tuned mileage: 23,xxx miles (currently)

Tuning device(s) used: Hondata Race Flashpro

Tunes used: Hondata 9+ Psi tune from 1,000 miles, at 5k miles added E85 and ran Hondatas e85 tune. Ran the car for 12k miles on this tune. At around 18k miles got a custom tune *Private Tuner* both 91 Oct. and E30 Blend.

Fuel used: 91 Oct Chevron exclusively, Propel Fuels E85 for my blend.

Problems/issues: No issues ever reported, other than forgetting to disable ect sensor or so ,when installing flex fuel kit ,in order to turn on radiator . Personal error.

Driving style: Daily car, Daily pulls from digs or rolls. Launches atleast once a month. 12x Drag runs.

Tuning experience notes: Do lots of research and you’ll be fine!

About 34500 miles.
Tuned with Ktuner and tsp, I stay on map 2, non-sport mode, unless I want to mess around. Everything seems fine except I get the occasional all systems failure lights on the dash but I don't think that has anything to do with tuning.

Thanks for the update.

The survey is coming up on the one year mark. Between October and December of last year, we had something like 150+ people posting surveys. It would be awesome if more of those guys would post updates even if it's just to show additional tuned mileage.

Looks awesome! I love the headlights, grill, and emblem! By lower bars do you mean sway bars?

Will do. May be awhile though... but as soon as I get to it, I’ll let y’all know how it goes.

Just an FYI, It should't take you but 30 minutes to install the inserts at most..... and that's if you do not know how to do it. If you know what you are doing, and have a lift, 15 minutes tops.
