Vehicle: 2017 Civic Si Sedan

Total tuned time: 14 Days

Total tuned mileage: 2500kms

Tuning device(s) used: KTuner V2

Tunes used: Phearable 1.5 tune

Fuel used: Petro-Can 94 or Esso 93

Additional engine mods: PRL SRI

Problems/issues: None

Driving style: Mostly daily commute with 85% highway generally conservative unless late!

Tuning experience notes: This is my first time time using a tuner device myself, I've built Hondas in the older days and left this to the pros. Super easy to use and the phearable tune seemed like the best option for my driving style. Will update as I get more mileage on the tune. *Update: It's been a few thousand kms and still going strong. Have had to flash back to stock to help one of my techs out but other than that the Phearable tune has been fantastic

Nice seeing someone get involved immediately and not wait 6 months and 5k miles before submitting

Yep. I think there's a misconception that this survey is only about long term reliability. And while that is a huge component, the word "experience" comes first in the survey's title.

If you're new to tuning or have been tuned for years, getting involved in this survey helps everyone. Plus, it's cool seeing how everyone is setting up their tune builds.

Tunes used: Tsp Stage 1, Maps 1 or 2 almost always.

Fuel Used: 93 Octane

Additional engine mods: 27Won CAI, 27Won RMM

Problems/issues: None so far

Driving style: Relaxed normally, sometimes have some fun on ramps and passing. Rarely WOT.

Notes: My 2016 blew previously on Ktuner stage 2 due to abuse and the mistake of lending the car. Not expecting issues here *knock on wood* as I baby the car and will never let anyone else drive unless flashed to stock lol

Better luck this time + no abuse and NO LENDING!

Thanks for adding your new car to the survey.

Good day all, been about a year since my first post so here we go:

Vehicle: 2019 Civic Hatchback sport

Total tuned time: 18 months

Total tuned mileage: 46000 km

Tuning device(s) used:
Ktuner V1.2

Tunes used: ktuner dual tune 15/21psi, currently on dual tune 15/18psi(custom boost table)

Fuel used: used 94 for first 9000km, then 91 as I get it for .25$ cheaper than anywhere else.

Additional engine mods: PRL silicone hose / AEM driflow filter, Hasport 62A RMM

Problems/issues: Clutch slip from 18 000km, everything else has been flawless, as a Honda should

Driving style: 50% of the time hard on the throttle but never speeding.

Tuning experience notes:
Played with ktuner quite a bit to get the tune i have now to prevent more clutch slip and it's working pretty good. Only using the 18 psi tune once in a while and mostly the 15 psi tune. Getting ACT clutch/flywheel installed 10 Nov. Will then install TSP stage 1 tune.

Hey guys, Humza (aka CanadiaegeanBlue here)

I've been running Hondata +9 for 3 years, 50k Kms without any issues. 2 weeks ago I installed the ACT Clutch Kit, only for testing use otherwise my clutch still had plenty of life left.

I've had no issues with Hondata in my time, the car is driven spiritedly, has seen a number of AutoX and Track Days

Vehicle: 2018 civic si coupe

Total tuned mileage: 11,400 miles

Tuning device(s) used: Ktuner v2

Tunes used: ktuner OTS duel map 19.5/23 psi with two step enabled

Fuel used: 93 premium (doesn't matter which gas station)

Additional engine mods: None, just a muffler delete (if that counts)

Problems/issues: Due to being on stock clutch when I have the 23psi sport mode on and go WOT in some conditions, clutch will slip. Other then that none at all

Driving style: Normal miss daisy highway driving with some pulls in 3rd and 4th gear 3-4 times a week

Notes: To combat the clutch slippage on high boost setting I only go WOT at 4K or above in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear, 1st gear has no problem. I never do pulls starting in 5th or 6th of course too. I’m at 29,4XX total miles with this car and so far impressed with how well it’s holding up. Only time will tell with the 1.5 turbo but I still enjoy the platform a lot, great daily.
