Total tuned time: 23 months

Total tuned mileage: 22,000 miles

Tuning device(s) used: Hondata FlashPro

Tunes used: Hondata +6 for 3k Miles, Hondata +9 for 19k miles

Fuel used: Shell 91 mostly till this summer. Switched to Petro 94 about 4k miles ago, and car feels even happier and faster!

Additional engine mods: Mishimoto Intake, Mishimoto Full Intercooler Kit, 27won Catted DP + FP

Problems/issues: None

Driving style: Slightly speedy with aggressive bursts from time to time, starting at 3.5K rpm or higher. The key to not going kaboom in addition to proper tuning and maintenance is riding over that torque curve and then going WOT or laying into it after 3.5K. It's also friendly on the clutch as I'm still on the stock unit. My car has also seen 3x Lap Days, and 3x AutoX events this season.

This isn't pointing to anyone as I haven't read other posts above mine yet, but just in general I don't believe in the opinions I see online (mostly Facebook pages) that my tuning solution is inferior as I for one am on track for 10-15 minute sessions each time (10-12 sessions per Lapping event) pushing the car hard, and not just 10 second sprints on the street so consistency and reliability is everything to me. I've put my trust in Hondata to deliver more power safely in my only car and they've truly delivered. I'm not playing top trumps for the features it has vs. Competition, I simply go out and drive my car to my heart's content :) I'm sure Ktuner equipped Si's can also run hard on the track no problem.

Total tuned time: 2 years
Total tune mileage: 30,000

Tuning device(s) used: KTuner V2

Tunes used: Custom Dual Stock/19psi tune.

Fuel used: Depends on the day. Full 91 or E85 blend usually around 50%

Additional engine mods: FlexFuel Kit from TSP.

Problems/issues: Clutch slips at WOT in colder weather (below 65 degrees Fahrenheit), otherwise it holds fine.
A/C no longer blows as cool as it did when it was new,
Fuel trims are messed up regardless of tune I run, think its a MAF issue but i've tried everything from buying a new MAF to flashing back to stock.

Driving style: Normal when going to work but fairly aggressive on the highway because people in Missouri can't drive. Slightly more aggressive if I find a twisty backroad or on-ramp, which is rare most of the time.

Vehicle: 2018 Civic Si sedan

Total tuned time: 16 months

Total tuned mileage: 19,000 miles

Tuning device(s) used: Hondata Flashpro Race

Tunes used: Hondata +6, +9 non-CARB both

Fuel used: Various brads, 93 alwats

Additional engine mods: PRL CAI/FP/catted-DP, Lava turbo blanket, Window-welded motor mount, MAP street cat-back exhaust

Problems/issues: After running +9 on my OEM clutch to test for a month, clutch began to slip. Had to kick back down to +6. Also, the flashpro software kept turning on "scramble with sport button" only. It gave me some backfire between shifts and the rumble and pop, but also took a little longer to start accelerating again between shifts. After finally getting only "scramble on all the time" setting on, the backfire went away and shifts/acceleration is smooth.

Driving style: Aggressive at first; now 10 over limit on highway and give space. Only full throttle when getting on on-ramp and when passing semi's.

Problem/Issues:

Vehicle: 2018 Civic Sport hatch - Si L15B7 engine

Total tuned time: ~10 months

Total tuned mileage: ~10,000 miles

Tuning device(s) used: Hondata CARB, currently using KTuner V2

Tunes used: KTuner 21, Derek Robinson 91oct and E30 w/ misfire disable

Fuel used: Shell 91, Chevron 91, Propel E85

Additional engine mods: [On top of Si engine swap] DIY cold air intake, MAP proto oil cooler, 2qt Accusump, Clutch Masters FX725

Problems/issues: Broken motor mounts, overheat and oil starve at Buttonwillow Dec 2018. Blew stock turbo and replaced engine + turbo with Si versions for safety factor ahead of Gridlife Streets of Willow in Feb 2019. HPFP over-pressure (Sport and Si HPFP systems are incompatible) caused full power cuts during competition. Crankshaft position sensor freaked out over lightweight flywheel, causing RPM oscillations in 2-3-4 gears, 90% solved with a CKP relearn and DRob/KTuner finessing the engine tune. Speed sensor (in the trans) broke 2x, fixed with a shim under the sensor. Axle CV joints broke in Oct 2019, may just have to treat axles as consumables when using a plate LSD (MFactory 1.5way).

Driving style: Time Attack car w/ daily commute.

How did you install the 4 bar maps since you need two of them?

Remove the old stock ones, install the new 4bars, upload file with 4bar sensor scaling. :)
