is getting crazy out in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

I remember it used to be $.10 between each grade, now it’s $.40 or more!

Costs almost as much to fill up the Si as it does our odyssey.

But then again, my IS was premium only. But it still hurts!

From 87 to 91 around here is like 70-80 cents a gallon difference. Its pretty bad but at least I average 36mpg.

Yeah it used to be 10 cents back in like 2010 or so. Now it ranges between 20-40 cents between grades.

Yeah... I commented on the same thing last night.

At the gas station in my home town in the 90s, it used to be a dime difference for each grade. On Sundays, mid grade was 5 cents cheaper... so we'd fill up our old Suburban with it's 305 with 89 every Sunday... otherwise it's knock a little. Right now, 87 is mid-$2 and 93 is about $3.

It's 30-50 cents difference here in PA... We have the highest gas tax in the land, and it keeps going up. Every time they say it goes to pay for road/infrastructure repair...yet...the roads don't seem to get any better. I think the 'infrastructure' is in the pockets of the politicians...

Sounds like my corrupt state of Illinois.

It ranges from .10 - .40 around here. 10 is rare, average is probably .20 to .30.

Gas prices have really jumped lately (thanks OPEC!). Used to be that I could fill up my Si with Premium for ~10g for ~$30 (or just under). Now, gas around here is $2.70 for regular and Premium is like $3.40 I think.... $0.70 more than regular.

I'm in St. Louis and it's about .40 between 87 to 93. Rarely do I see 91 anywhere around here even though just 3 hours away in Springfield, MO 93 is rare and 91 is everywhere. I think 87 is 2.45 right now and 93 is 2.85 when I filled up this morning.
In central PA...87 is $3.09 and 93 is $3.69.

Here the delta between 87 and 93 tends to run around .70 at most stations. Where I sit right now, the nearest station to me has 87 for $2.59 and 93 for $3.29.

But at Costco the difference between 87 and 93 is only .30. Right now they have 87 for $2.46 and 93 for $2.76.

.30 difference I can live with, these other people are just gouging. It is also crap how most stations don't even have boards that show the prices for all grades anymore. All you see is 87.

Even on weeks I'm not actually going to Costco I have to go over there to get gas because it is fully $5.00 cheaper to fill the tank!

I pretty much stick with the 'top tier' stations, as recommended by Honda... I do actually get better mileage, but that is even dependent upon the station I get it from. The Exxon near my house gives me better results than one about 25 mi away - near my work.
