Nice update, at least for me and possibly a bunch of you if the interest spikes up enough! But here are the starting phases of the Downpipe fixture, hoping we will be good to go for a rip on the dyno by mid next week to see what we can achieve.

And let’s begin.... first up on the list was getting rid of the slop in the shifter. I chose to go with Torque solutions for the shifter upgrades being they offered me a killer price from one of my distributors!

Ok ok, Intercooler is on order. DP and Front pipe Are in Que for the Fab guy to get started on hopefully by the end of the week! But today was suspension and wheel day! I seen Eibach finally released the Si Specific Sportlines, snagged them as soon as they were available. Ordered my wheels about 2 days after I got the car, they’ve since been ceramic coated and awaiting arrival of the springs

Enkei Nt03+M 18x9.5 +41 is the current set up, SPC camber arms are on the way and will he installed

So the shifter mods help with shifter gate play Third pic (side to side) and the short shifter 1st pic reduces throw so the gears are closer together and tighter. And man the Eibach springs ride as good, if not better than the stock suspension did!

Was able to get the car on the rollers today for a baseline before parts start going on. Currently this is on a 100% stock tune 70 degrees in the shop.

Also got my Intercooler in (silver) I did a Si stencil and painted it black.

next I will be installing the downpipe we fabbed up for a test fit and making a few changes before we finalize a design. While this is taking place we will be making a mid pipe as well. The goal we are trying to achieve is a more linear curve instead of a 90 degree elbow off of the turbo. I have a PRL race DP for us to do some comparisons in gains with. Stay tuned for that

The rest of the parts sitting on my shelf for install are SPC camber arms, PRL cobra w/ race maf, Intercooler and flex fuel kit is on order.

I actually have a set of clear markers on order that hasnt arrived yet. The exterior will be a totally different car in the coming weeks. wrap appointment is scheduled and paid for

How much and where? I am having so much trouble finding a blue Si to buy that I am considering buying a local white one and wrapping it. We could be twins. lol

Great build man! I personally like the ocean shimmer, but as a Tonic Yellow Pearl owner my color choices are on question lol
