When I changed the speed sensor rear drive I disconnected the batter after that the lights on.

Have you tried driving it around the block, once or twice?
Often times, I have heard of the codes clearing, after a short trip, to allow the car to begin receiving "normal" readings from the sensors.
That said, I have also heard of some folks "damaging" that sensor/plug while doing a brake job ... so, it might be that you have damaged it when replacing it ... which would SUCK.
