Where do you buy this Magnaflow exhaust system?Price of install?
Bought mine from http://www.hottexhaust.com/Magnaflow_19312 in the low $600. To get the deal, click on their website for "Get Coupons" and let them know you were referred to them by TJ from CivicX. When I ordered mine, I told them I was part of a car group and they said they offer deals to groups.

I installed mine myself with a help from someone. The hardest/time consuming part would probably be finding a way to jack up the vehicle to work under it, but the whole process took us about 1 hour. I would probably assume a shop would quote you a 1 hour labor for this task.

I just contacted them.. So they will give me coupons and the price will be around 790$ include the shipping. It is a great deal, so thanks about letting me know this website. Just wanna ask some question that can give me 100% sure about the exhaust system. Is the engine defference after you install it? are there any affected to the engine? sorry just wanna make sure my babe still good with a new thing on it. :) Thankdo!

$790? I assume it's because it would be delivered to Hawaii?

There's a noticeable gain for me. I did also add a cold air intake, so I'm sure the pairing gave it some gains.

Just installed my MagnaFlow Exhaust System. Will do a separate thread of my take, plus video/sound of the exhaust. Gotta dust up some microphones/recording equipment to see if it does a better job picking up the notes.

All in all, pretty happy with it. Nice, deep throaty sound, not like a typical fart/ricer sound (to me at least). And paired with my Injen CAI, I can definitely feel a gain that I didn't really feel with just the CAI alone.

It looks really awesome, did you noticed you gained more miles per tank than before? When you have a full tank check how many miles you can run with a full tank it should have increase by at least 20 or so. At least mine did

A lot of background noise but you can hear the sound and the mechanic telling me lies

Original price was 865.45 but I asked for a coupon and ended paying 647.36
How much did you pay for installation price if you don't mind me asking ?

I payed $180, seem like a fair price to me
2 hours of labor to unbolt a brand new exhaust and bolt a direct bolt on replacement in place of it?

Don't mind me tho... I'm very jaded when it comes to paying mechanics to do things. I hate paying people to work on my cars.

It is very easy. I did one myself when I was a teenager, and the car was a few years old (exhaust already rusted).

I made my own custom exhaust for my 97 Talon I used to own. I bought a Tanabe 3" inlet muffler, 10' of 3"pipe, and two 3" mandrel bent U-bends. For the price of a bolt on, I got the same HP gains and I now own decent welder...... but those welds weren't going to end up on WeldPorn or anything lulz :p

I wish I could have done it myself but the lack of tools, time and place where I live makes it impossible so I was force to pay

All it takes is a jack, some sockets, and an O2 sensor socket which you can rent for free from Autozone. The lift really helps, but in most cases not necessary.

I hear ya, not everyone has the tools and space to do these sort of DIY. If I didn't have my own space and tools, I would've had someone do it also. A person's own time is also valuable, and sometimes I'd rather pay someone do it rather than cost me my own time to do it myself.

True, although for some, it could take more time to take the car to someone and wait on them to do it, then to do it themselves.
