I have 27mm spacers on a stock ctr. I was wondering how the swift springs change the oem suspension? Does it mess with the car's dampening system? I keep being told to lower the car, but really don't wanna mess with the integrity.

Thanks!

I think the damping system works on the shocks, not the spring rate. I believe it allows more or less via a valve for fluid movement. Swift spec R springs lowers the car 1.1 inch. Your wheels still should be tucked with that 27mm spacer, but just fit inside the wheel well.

I think that's correct, just was more concerned about rubbing.
