So everyone, with the help of @BeefyBuns and his old seats. He was able to switch CTR seats into his SI coupe and I was able to switch SI coupe seats into my Sport hatch. He pointed out from his research and from codes that came up after his swap, the airbag light was due to the seat position sensors not being registered or calibrated to the vehicle after switching seats, he also needed to switch his Si buckles onto his CTR seats. We were both able to avoid any lights by switching out those sensors (and buckles for his CTR seat swap) from your original seats into the new seats. Swapping the driver side position sensors is very straight forward and easy, the passenger side was more of a pita and requires some dissembly of the seat rails.
Civic SI coupe seat rail
Civic si coupe seat position sensors
Civic sport hatch seat rail removed with position sensors
Airbag harness connector was the same between both seats
Buckle harness and seat position sensors were of course, the same. I swapped them from my old seats.
