yea a little water in there is fine. the weather stripping isn’t meant to be completely watertight. don’t worry there’s 4 drain tubes at each of the corners up there :)
It's the musty smell last night after the storm that concerned me the most. Never smelled that in the car before.

Is it normal for there to be water in the track while the sunroof is closed? It rained over night and I just opened up the sunroof and saw water in there.

Are you sure that's not from rain droplets on the sunroof that felt down when you open the roof? That's the gutter, not the track. The tracks are where the glass rides on to slide back and forth.

Yeah, I felt under there before I opened it and my fingers got wet.
