Hi everyone, went to put my strut Bar in today and noticed it won't fit because of the cables ran for my sub. I don't know anything about car audio/electronics and could use some suggestions. Thanks!

DCSports one piece strut bar for reference.

Maybe move the blue power wire onto the other side of the battery where it can be tucked a bit lower?

Yeah. You'll obviously have to re-route some wiring to make room. But beware that the bar itself will get hot just from the heat in the engine bay. So any wires or hoses that it touches will need to be protected.

It came with some plastic rings, do you think those would be enough to protect anything near it from the heat? Honestly not sure what they're for.

If you look at the pic I posted before the wire lume ( I’m assuming the rings) I have over the negative cable

Thanks! Is there a bit of pressure on yours where the bar touches the plastic rings?

A little but nothing to be concerned about it is protecting the cable I had it for six months now and it’s still fine I don’t see any wear
