Strange water like sound coming from AC vent

I have a 2017 Civic Hatchback and just heard the waterfall sound inside the dashboard. Did anyone get to the bottom of this issue? I don’t think it is normal because I never heard it before until the past couple of weeks. The noise issue is just like everyone describes in this thread.
