Yes. Stock Michelin tires... With the 18". ) So could it be the tires??
But the stock tires are not Michelin and not 18 inch...

Judging by the picture, the edge of the tire looks like a sawtooth. Maybe that's what you are feeling.
These are stock tires, so every Civic owner that got these Continentals should have the same experience.

Is there something wrong with my tires?

I don't think something is wrong. The rubber is hard and stiff when cold. That's why you are feeling the edges.

Yup, finally got cold where I live and I hear this every time I start driving after letting it sit. Just the LSD locking up, nothing to worry about. And yeah, the stock tires are wonderful in the cold, spinning everywhere I go, even backing out of the driveway, haha.
