You need a MVCI to do this update. The failed part number is what the SA would use to claim the warranty on an RO/WO

I'm just trying to figure out since I had the recall done in November 2016 if I have the latest software or not because I am still having this issue.

Book an appointment with your nearest Honda Service Dept.

Hoping to find a Honda expert on here that can testify as to if those two service bulletins are the same update or different ones. If different, did the January '17 one fix problems created by the Nov '16 one?
