Are you running aftermarket wheels ? Is it under braking conditions or just when driving?

Then it should be normal vibration or maybe your wheels might just need to be rebalanced, Honda should do it for free if under warranty.. or go to a tire shop and it should be fairly inexpensive

Vibration, especially Those get in the steering wheel, that become more apparent at high speeds is usually an indicator of unbalanced wheels.

You may have thrown a wheel weight. A visual check should confirm. Then its just a wheel balance.

Wheels may balance on a normal spin balance machine, within spec. However there's varying harmonics at different speeds that will create vibrations, noise, steering wheel shake. Roadforce balancing is the only way to measure and determine the wheel and tire impacting these issues. Big wheels and low profile tires are worth extra money for roadforce balancing (~$100 for 4, depending on sidewall profile). Some brand new tires are found to be out of spec due to their roadforce rating, same can be said for wheels.

When my steering wheel was vibrating slightly on the highway, it turned out my wheel was bent.

Bingo, roadforce balancing will detect this. Spin balance won't

Start with the cheapest and most probable thing first and rebalance the two front wheels.

My guess, 2018 MY having mileage accumulated, it's a thrown wheel weight. Take M_Kluch advise and go the cheapest route. Balance the fronts!
