State Inspection Sticker at Honda Dealer with Slightly Modified Car

I prefer to get my cars annual state inspection at the Honda dealership rather than at a gas station place since there more familiar with the car and should be able to alert me better if theres any issues. However I now have a resonator delete and i mounted my front license plate to the side. Other than that my car is stock. Do you think Honda dealerships will pass a car with these minor modifications?

Resonator doesn't affect emissions, and isn't going to be loud enough for "noise" complaints. Side mount license should pass unless there's something about it specifically in the law.
