Million-to-one here but this might save someone else having the same problem.
Avoid starting the car and either turning it off immediately or moving it few feet and turning it off.
I did that and it created a CEL fault.
Start it and let it warm up a little or drive it a little before turning it off.
If I move it outside to wash it I just let it idle while I do before bringing it back in the garage.
