squeaking rear strut/swaybar when I get out of car

When I get out of the car and the car rises slightly there is a squeak in the back left wheel area. Sounds like a shock/spring or perhaps even a unlubricated sway bar endlink. If I bounce the car up and down, same squeak noise.

1500 miles on the car so argh. Does this sound like a problem part or does something just need lube?

I have a similar noise I found it coming from where the spring meets the rubber, I found the noise goes away when I sprayed it down. I now shoot a little on every service.
