Fresh in! @VargasTurboTech GC turbo for the Si. Casting and machining is very nice, has a great finished look! The impeller design is beautiful for sure. Very excited for this.

Looking good dude, waiting for the review.
It's going to be a few weeks until I have time to install them time for tuning. Once it's a go I will review for sure!

Vargas GC install prep

Gaskets for turbo/downpipe/oil lines shipped today, PTP turbo blanket ready and waiting, going to measure the GC compressor outlet and if smaller, match port to PRL inlet pipe crossover. Also have titanium studs for turbo mount flange in addition to the Ti downpipe studs already in place. Fresh Mobil 1 5w-30 in stock for oil change at time of install.

Just need to setup my e-tune with phearable so my starter file will be ready.

Getting closer.

Having a bit of a struggle deciding on tuning for the Vargas turbo.

1-IMW will retune at a "recalibration" rate of $250ish, I already have an IMW tune for the RV6 turbo which he will modify
2-if I go phearable again he charges a full rate for a retune.

To keep on my budget IMW would be the route to go, and I already know he tuned the same turbo with excellent results for @Neddih

I uploaded my IMW tune for the RV6 turbo and have been driving it for the past week, driving characteristics are different from the phearable tune, but I cannot tell much difference in power. I prefer the way the phearable tune drives, but im thinking for the money saved I would be perfectly ok with the IMW tune... So that's my dilemma, anybody that wants to weigh in feel free. The savings would be about $150 going with IMW...

Fresh in, rear caliper slide pin bushings from wunderladen racing. Will eliminate any chance of deflection from the oem plastic bushing.
