Sport exhaust on EX-L

I purchased an EX-L with a hack job exhaust so last night I purchased a sport exhaust anyone know if it will fit? All the hangers look the same on either the sport or EX-L the only thing I noticed was a heat shield over the middle spare tire area, mine has the heat shields off to each side. My bumper already has the lower type R valance so it has the center cut outs.

From what I have heard: no. The spare well on the EX is deeper than on the sport. And after seeing your pictures, I can confirm that it is. That hasn't stopped others from doing it, though. I've seen several people do it, but I cant advise you on whether they modified the spare tire well or modified the exhaust
