I thought so too.. but...pictures below.
It didn't really dig in or eat the rubber off but it level some trace mark on tires..and I drive R mode
yeah the hit doesnt seem too bad. although i still find it surprising that it hits at 2.8 camber.
re71r are somewhat wide but that amount of camber should be enough .... i had plenty of clearance back when i ran 45 offsets.

Yea right. And spoon doesn't even drop that much compare to swift.
I can't imagine if I have more aggressive offset.

My front is 1.9, I think it is also a very slight rub even after I bend thr tap and remove the screw.

You get any rubbing with the 255/40 Falkens? I went cautious with the 255/35 setup (on the same wheels) and was curious about trying a different size next time around. If no rubbing, what camber settings are you at?

I'm running 18x9.5 +38 with 265/35s and hoping for the best lol. Got a deal on a set of BNIB spoons that I couldn't pass up so I'll be getting those on sometime in the near future.

Small rub on sidemarker tab on dips at speed. If I bend the tab I reckon it’ll be gone. No rubbing in the back. No camber arms in the back. Also pulled the front camber bolts.

I haven’t done an alignment yet so I don’t have the settings.

Nice! I was debating on cutting the fenders anyways for more space if I could find a reputable shop nearby. But good to know that only the front causes problems and only in certain circumstances.

You're most likely gonna rub depending on tire. Im running Nexen Sur4 265/35 on 18x9.5+38 and rub on dips, gonna get rears and fronts worked on.

I'm running Michelin PS4S tires. I'm fairly certain I'm going to need some modification but I'm hoping I can get away with minimal cutting.
