20mm spacers should be perfect fitment on stock wheels with a +50 offset. I run KSP spacers, they're about $100 on Amazon. 6061 Aluminum, 10.9 grade studs. They're wicked.

Did you have to modify your studs on your axel at all? Or did the wheels fit great with the spacers, no modification needed?

Aluminum is perfectly fine to use. What do you think your wheels are made of? There also are no threads holding the studs in, they're pressed in. There are no threads in spacers.

I'll rephrase. If you bought spacers with threaded in studs, they're shit whether they're made from steel or not.

And yes, don't use an impact. Torque to 80Ft/Lbs by hand.
