sounds of liquid behind dash when fan on ?

I have noticed when I turn my heat on I can hear what sound like liquid swooshing around behind my dash very lightly... what is this caused from?

There have been a couple of threads about this issue, and nothing was wrong, except maybe needing some coolant.

Just to be sure it is nothing serious, remove the cabin air filter and feel inside (with the car off) to make sure there is no water present.

I heard this for the first time recently. I had turned the car on and off without much time between and the AC was on. When I turned it back on I got the impression from the sounds that it was condensate clearing.
